The Eastern New Orleans Neighborhood Advisory Commission (ENONAC) recognizes the East New Orleans community as a premier community to live, work and play!

We all have worked diligently to empower residents and businesses to determine and enforce standards that insure and maintain a good quality of life. Our top concerns include infrastructure, design, housing, land use/zoning standards, and quality economic development. As a collaborative effort we have taken direct actions to insure environmental protection, adequate city-provided goods and services, and public safety to all our residents. These are all critical elements for the continued enhancement and enjoyment of our community.

We are looking forward to your support of the parcel fee presently proposed that will allow us to be of even greater service to the ENO community. We are excited about the various efforts to enhance out community among them; litter abatement programs, blight eradication and the attraction of family businesses and restaurants.

We want each and every one of you to know that we are here to serve as a bridge between the city of New Orleans and the ENO residents. Please know that we stand ready to protect and serve our community.

Sylvia Scineaux-Richard, President
